OHSHC: places to watch?

I want to watch the Ouran High School Host Club anime english dub (subtitles, right, is what dub is), but I have no idea where to go. I'm trying Youtube right now, but it's not loading. If it's not too much trouble, could someone recommend a site? I can't use anything like Hulu where you can't watch if you're not in US (I'm in the Philippines), so, thank you if you decide to help~
